Parking in the main lot on the south side of the building is available starting at 6pm (prior to 6pm may be towed) and costs $10 (subject to change). OR Street parking east of 15th Street is unmetered/free. *If you see a Parking Kitty sign, you’ll need to use the Parking Kitty app to pay.*

Yes, but please read this important info! CAPE HORN ESTATE VENUE PARK (the lot down BELOW the venue). DO NOT PARK in the main upper main lot. *Entrance is from Hwy 14, right before the Skamania General Store. Go past the Skamania General Store and take a right into the Cape Horn Estate Venue Park. There will be a sign at the entrance with balloons! Handicap or those with mobility limitations may be dropped off at the main entrance in the upper lot, but the car must then be parked in the lower lot.

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time to find parking, get settled, and enjoy the moment before everything starts. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors, weather permitting.

We respectfully request no children at the wedding.

Semi-formal cocktail attire! No jeans plz! The bridesmaids will be wearing brown! Please check the weather in Stevenson, WA and consider bring outerwear if it is chilly!

The ceremony and dinner are on grass; the dance floor and walkways are concrete. Stilettos might sink into the grass (depending on ground conditions), so wedges, block heels, or flats might be a safer bet. We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will be capturing all the special moments :) After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!!

OF COURSE! Dinner will be buffet style. The caterer will have the food well labeled for those with dietary restrictions. There will be N/A drinks, wine, beer, and 3 signature cocktails

Portland International Airport (PDX). Wedding venue is 40 minutes from PDX.

Optional! If you stay in Portland, there are plenty of ride share options like Lyft/Uber. We will provide shuttle transit from a designated pickup spot in Portland to the wedding venue. However, if you are staying near the wedding venue there is no public transit, and car rental is needed.

AREAS: Portland (40 min from venue), Stevenson (where the venue is), Cascade Locks (14 min away from venue), or Hood River (30 min from venue. 1 hour from Portland). If you are looking for more activities then top choices are Portland or Hood River. SEE TRAVEL FOR SPECIFIC LODGING RECOMMENDATIONS, though there are MANY options and hotels in downtown Portland.

However if wanting close to venue, Skamania Lodge in Stevenson OR Best Western Plus Columbia River Inn in Cascade Locks. Both are ~15 minutes away from the venue. There are several hotels in Hood River ~ 30 min from venue.
